These Terms & Conditions apply to Spot It, published by Riaan Studio. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the App

Spot It is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment use. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to interfere with its normal operation, or use it in any unlawful way.

2. App Features

Spot It is a simple game experience. The app currently does not provide user accounts, public profiles, or public leaderboards.

3. Advertising

The app is supported by banner advertising served through Google AdMob. Ads may be subject to availability, network access, and Google's own policies and technologies.

4. Intellectual Property

All app content, including game design, text, graphics, branding, and software, is owned by or licensed to Riaan Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse app content except as permitted by law.

5. Availability and Changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms & Conditions by posting a revised version on this page.

6. Disclaimer

Spot It is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Riaan Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the app.
